I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Daniel & Tadhg during the purchasing of our car. Daniel made us feel at ease the minute we met him & was so natural & informative. He kept in contact via phone & email every step of the process until we drove away after collecting our car. He was never once pushy or condescending, which we have experienced in the past with other dealerships. We aim to achieve this by sourcing our stock directly from main dealers in the UK. We avoid cars from the UK auctions.

Our criteria when handpicking cars are to only select those that have been privately owned, have covered an average of no more than 6000 miles a year with a full service history and come with both keys. All cars are checked on Cartell to ensure there is no finance owing, they have not been written off and that the mileage is certified. They are also checked on the DVLA MOT history checker to ensure there are no advisories or rust repairs noted during old MOT tests.

Once back in Dublin, all cars undergo a preparation procedure which includes a full service. A new NCT is provided where required and each car carries our own personal bumper to bumper warranty – not a warranty policy from an insurance company.

Whilst our premises is modest, it is conveniently located in Rathgar, Dublin 6. You won’t find glass and tiled showrooms, glamorous receptionists, business managers, children’s play areas or coffee machines. What you will find are cars with low miles in fabulous condition and with prices much lower than those charged by main dealers. Haven't made a deal here, but for sure will look back to Quantum Autos when I will be ready. Staff very well explained my options just in a few sentences. That was amazing. While most sellers just forsing you to make a deal no matter what. Impressed with clarity and professionalism. There are few negative comments about after sale issues with warranty etc. Can't say nothing about it as I just bookmarked this place because of the reasons I mentioned above.

Their word means nothing, a bereavement in the family and no word back when the car was ready. I was given the opportunity of placing a deposit, but that was on a car I had not test driven. In the end the car was sold.

Bought a car from them, They told me they would pay  for nct as they had not done it and was sold with nct . They said they pay also if needed  any parts or work to pass nct . But when I told them  it needed  a part  they said they would  not  pay for nct or part.  BE VERY AWARE OF QUANTUM AUTOS AN

I would highly recommend Michael and the team at AzKar Waterford after my recent purchase of Citroën C3.

Was given a deposit of €500 and I asked for it back within half an hour. They have blocked my number which is beyond unprofessional, no problem taken money off my wife while I went out to make a phone call, No way to do business, trying to make out now that it was sent they asked for the card details on Wednesday instead of been honest and calling me back straight away on Monday for the card details. Avoid looking for €500 to apply for finance again no way to do business. I hope the money is there on Tuesday and if it is il take down this review.
